Our Operator and Licence

Restricted and Prohibited Jurisdictions

We do not accept players from the United States, France, the Netherlands, or Curacao. We also restrict access from a number of additional territories, including Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions), the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and several others listed in our full compliance policy. Additionally, we do not permit deposits or real-money play from Sweden or the United Kingdom, including its Overseas Territories, under our bonus policy. Our welcome bonuses are not available to players registering from Finland.

Account Registration and Verification

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information. We may request verification documents at any time, including a passport, ID card, or driving licence, along with proof of address, proof of payment ownership, and in some cases a selfie or video call. If we request verification, you must complete it within 30 days, otherwise we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any winnings or bonus funds. Deposits and Withdrawals

Our minimum deposit to qualify for promotions is 20 EUR, and our minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR per transaction. We accept Instant Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Revolut, N26, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Tron, and Tether. All payment methods must be registered in your own name; we do not accept third-party or cash deposits.

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit. If you deposited via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, we will process your withdrawal via SEPA bank transfer or bank card. Withdrawals to an e-wallet require at least one prior confirmed deposit from that same e-wallet. We limit withdrawals to 1,000 EUR per day, 3,000 EUR per week, and 10,000 EUR per month. Each deposit must be wagered at least three times before you may request a withdrawal; if multiple deposits were made without play, we require the total to be wagered.

We do not charge any withdrawal fees, though third-party bank charges may be deducted from your payout by the processing bank. We apply an inactivity fee of 10 EUR per month after 12 consecutive months without deposits, bets, or withdrawals on your account. Please note that submitting a withdrawal request forfeits all active bonuses, including any no deposit bonuses offered to you.

Processing Times

We process withdrawal requests on business days only, from Monday 07:00 UTC through Friday 16:00 UTC. Requests submitted after 16:00 UTC on Friday are reviewed starting the following Monday at 07:00 UTC.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our 1st Deposit Bonus offers 125% up to 1,000 EUR plus 150 free spins using promo code WELCOME1. Our 1st Highroller Deposit Bonus provides 175% up to 2,500 EUR plus 175 free spins, and our 1st Crypto Deposit Bonus grants 200 free spins to qualifying players.

Our Deposit Bonus terms require a minimum deposit of 20 EUR, with a maximum cash bonus of 1,000 EUR. Wagering is set at 35 times on the cash bonus and 35 times on free spin winnings. Free spins are credited on Coin Strike Hold and Win by Playson, with 100 spins issued immediately and 50 after 12 hours. You must activate your bonus within 72 hours and complete wagering within 72 hours of activation. The maximum bet permitted while wagering is 5 EUR, and the maximum cashout from the cash bonus is 5 times your deposit, capped at 2,500 EUR. The maximum cashout from free spin winnings is limited to 200 EUR.

Each promo code is valid for a single deposit, and we limit one promotion per user, household, IP address, card, and device. If you cancel a bonus, you forfeit the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them. Free spins are always issued at the minimum bet value. Winnings from no deposit free spins are capped at 50 EUR, and the maximum cashout from a no deposit registration bonus is 10 EUR, subject to 40 times wagering. Registration bonuses cannot be withdrawn until you make and wager at least one deposit.
